Mel discovered the benefits of Pilates after having three children. She loves making Pilates accessible to every body from new mums, weekend warriors and tradies to grandparents. Mel knows how much Pilates can help increase strength, mobility and balance.
Mel has a Diploma and Cert IV in the Polestar Pilates method and is qualified and experienced to teach clients on all Pilates equipment.
In her spare time Mel enjoys trail running and ocean swimming with friends.
