Throughout the years it has become increasingly obvious that without good health and movement within the body, the ability to achieve other things either mentally or physically can be constrained. Julie has taught many different forms of cardio fitness programs and has worked within the fitness industry for over 20 years.
Julie is very intuitive to her clients' needs and understands how to adapt exercises to their abilities whilst considering their medical conditions. She enables each individual to engage and attain the best from themselves whether in a small group environment or private studio session whilst offering inspiration and motivation.
Julie has a lust for learning and believes that one should never stop learning - live in every moment and make each moment count. She is inspired by clients who may have debilitating issues, but work hard to stay strong and independent, never allowing their own problems to cloud their vision of giving fully of themselves.
Having studied her degree in fine art Julie is a painter and she still paints today. She finds that both her love of Pilates and Painting coexist beautifully and allows her to be expressive within effectively 2 completely different art forms.
Julie has embarked on her next journey into the area of applied Kinesiology and is currently studying the certificate IV of this alternative modality. Her intention is to combine Pilates with Kinesiology treatments thus enhancing a clients overall wellbeing.Go Back
